B&P Prime Rentals

We give five stars to the experience in the home we just rented. Five stars in regards to the quality and level of service from management and maintenance. Over all impression of the home, it is a very quiet and well kept home. Neighbourhood is quiet and grocery stores close by. We cannot really think of any suggestions to improve or better the services we got. We have lived here for the last 5 years and have thoroughly enjoyed it. We will highly recommend this home and management company to our friends and family.

I give five stars to the management and the services I received from maintenance personnel. Over all experience in the home also five stars. Neighborhood is awesome, the community in general makes living there safe and friendly. The home is very clean, parking can be difficult during winter or when it rains due to the back lane being gravel. I'm not a big fan of the back lane being gravel, no fault of the rental. I would suggest extra shelving possibly in the laundry area. Perl has been an awesome property manager.
She is always supportive and helpful.

Five stars to the management and maintenance team! The home looked very nice! There are some things I’d change, but not much. The neighbourhood is really nicely walkable! Convenient to drive to many places in Winnipeg. We didn’t have a great experience with the neighbours but the best part was our property manager. She’s been a stellar contact for B&P Prime Rentals; always being friendly, so nice, and working hard to give us the best experience as renters. We were in great hands and I would gladly have her again as our property manager.

The home is nice and cozy. Good starter apartment for a couple or individual. Management was a blessing. Truly the manager of this property has set the bar so high that it would be unreasonable for us to expect anyone like her ever again. Love the neighbourhood! Walkable grocery stores, parks, restaurants. Most people around here are nice and the car culture is strong around here.
